New Beginning – Kolsch – 5.6% ABV
Trae’s first beer he ever brewed! It was his “new beginning” as he left the world of IT to pursue his dream. A light, refreshing German-style beer that fits in all year round. The Pilsner malts combined with the particular yeast strain, gives this beer a satisfying graininess with subtle notes of pear. Our best seller – make this your New Beginning!
Rockville Red – Irish Red Ale – 5.5% ABV
Inspired by the classic red ales from the Emerald Isle, this brew’s attractive deep amber hue is derived from the caramel malts that went into the production process. It separates itself from other reds in that it has a subtle roasted character delicately balanced with proper sweetness that gives a gratifying finish. Unlike any other red ales you’ve had. This may become your favorite Midnight beer!
Not My Job – Southern English Brown Ale – 5% ABV
Strongly influenced by our cousins across the pond, we crafted this bold beer with tradition in mind. Heavy on malt and light on hops, this Brown Ale sports enjoyable toffee and chocolate notes. Named for a former co-worker who, when asked for a hand, repeatedly would tell Trae it was…(you guessed it!).
Midnight Granite – Oatmeal Stout – 5.5% ABV
This beer is as dark as midnight on a moonless night. Heavy on chocolate notes, this beer offers a velvety mouth-feel that’s sure to quench any stout lover’s thirst. One of our first brewers named this beer after her home state – New Hampshire, the granite state.

Blood Moon Bliss – Blood Orange IPA – 7% ABV
Pure bliss to taste and our most popular IPA. This IPA offers an incredible hop character with blood orange added to it, making this an outrageously delicious citrusy brew.

Mitternacht Oktoberfest - 5.5% ABV
Our Bavarian-style amber lager combines a smooth drinkability with the complexity of the Munich and caramel malts used in its creation. Don’t get confused with the name- Oktoberfest actually begins in September. Started in Bavaria in 1810, we carried on the tradition of the Oktoberfest celebration in Rockville a mere 200 plus years later. Prost!
MPHi - 6.8% ABV
A mango, peach and hibiscus ale. Nice fruit flavor with a touch of tartness!
